Titled after Billie Eilish’s latest album, Hit Me Hard is a portrait of ache beneath the surface. A study in breathlessness and devotion, this piece captures a suspended moment from the album’s cover—Billie adrift in the vast dark, illuminated only by the faint promise of light overhead.
This is the second release in Lungful of Hymns—a fine art series honoring iconic musicians through underwater portraiture. The series explores stillness, surrender, and the holiness of sound turned silent.
