TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order with Nina C. Dixon (“The Studio”) , you are (i) offering to purchase a product, (ii) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and (iii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute The Studio’s acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you.
Prior to The Studio’s acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. The Studio reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from The Studio, for any reason whatsoever. The Studio reserves the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, The Studio shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, The Studio shall credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
The risk of loss and title for product(s) purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the product(s) to the carrier.

All features, specifications, products, prices of products and services, discounts, promotions and offers described on our Services are subject to change at any time, and we reserve the right to make changes to them without notice to you. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or refuse service to any customer. Products are available while supplies last.
While we do our best to ensure the colors of each piece are represented as accurately as possible, please note that the way colors appear can vary depending on your screen settings, lighting, and device. Because of this, slight variations between what you see online and the actual artwork may occur. All prices and offerings are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL:
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that all sales are final. Once your order is confirmed, cancellations, refunds, or changes to your order cannot be accommodated.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including—but not limited to—changes in personal circumstances, order errors, or subjective dissatisfaction with the piece.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for review, the piece must be unaltered, with all original framing and packaging intact. If the issue is verified and inventory permits, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or repair.
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable, and all refunds—if approved—will be issued to the original form of payment. Once your claim is processed, we will provide guidance on how to handle the damaged or defective item. Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS:
Once an order is placed, modifications (e.g., changes to shipping address or payment method) cannot be guaranteed. For preorders, changes to the order may be permitted, only if the preorder is still open. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE SELLER:
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified promptly and offered either a full refund or store credit, based on your preference.

EXCESSIVE claims
The Studio reserves the right to monitor and review claims regarding damaged items to ensure fairness and prevent abuse of our replacement policy. In cases where repeated or excessive claims are made, we may conduct a review and reserve the right to decline future replacements or revoke eligibility for accommodations. We also reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
